  Bought our first new to us ( used ) Nuevo Motorhome from south Hereford motor caravan centre a few months ago and are very happy with it.
  I liked the tidy site and the handover with a tick list of all the things that had been checked and some replaced such as taps,battery etc. And the lifetime guarantee on our shower tray as they had spotted a crack in it, all fixed.
  Everything was explained and we felt comfortable asking questions. Thank you Graham.
  
  On our first trip out we were disappointed to find the step alarm had malfunctioned and we could not turn it off so had to disable it.
  We were given a date for repair with no quibble at all and also a few other issues arose on the day of return, which were also fixed on the day under the warranty.
  
  Have since had a wonderful 500 mile round trip with no problems at all.
  Would we buy from them again?
  Yes we would.

  I have only praise for the staff and customer service here. I visited several times while I was looking for my first motorhome and everyone was friendly and approachable from the beginning. When I was making my final decision and purchasing my van, the staff were approachable, professional and informative throughout. It was a really fabulous first experience. I am spoiled now for anywhere else :-) . Highly recommended.
